5/14/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: Jashim greeted QMHP-C upon arrival to the home setting. Upon arrival to the home setting, Jashim appeared to be in a positive mood due him engaging in general conversation with QMHP-C. Mother informed QMHP-C on how she continues to struggle with Jashim being able to manage and control his anger. 2. Behavior: Jashim presented cooperative and normal behaviors as he did not need any redirection from QMHP-C as well as him answering open -ended questions and being praised by QMHP-C. 1.Intervention: QMHP-C engaged Jashim in a discussion regarding respectful interactions. QMHP-C modeled the appropriate way to interact with others. QMHP-C asked Jashim several questions to allow him the opportunity to demonstrate how he responds to others in various situations. QMHP-C role played with Jashim about making demands and requests. Jashim was instructed to explain the difference and to discuss the possible outcome of a demand versus a request. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C provided a therapeutic activity on managing anger. QMHP-C assisted Jashim with adequate ways to manage his anger across all settings such as school, home, and in the community. QMHP-C real life scenarios to model and suggest to Jashim constructive ways to handle his anger with siblings and peers. QMHP-C taught Jashim about being empathetic to victims (siblings/peers) of his bullying and intimidating behaviors. 1. Response: Jashim appeared to be receptive to QMHP-Csâ interventions and services that were provided during the session. During the session Jashim was able to answer questions correctly regarding the respectful interactions with others. 2. Response: Jashim had little insight into how his communication approach is towards others. Jashim does not understand the concept of making demands and requests. Jashim did begin to gain insight when some of the possible results that QMHP-C explained were discussed with him. Jashim continues to struggle with managing his anger but did share that he is now able to recognize factors that makes him angry.
